Here’s how to manage your workspace and account. Your database and members, are also managed from Settings.

Manage workspace-level settings

Open settings

On desktop and mobile, open Settings by clicking on your workspace name in the top right of the app, and then selecting Settings.

Click your workspace name on the top of your screen to find the workspace switcher.

On the general settings page, workspace admins can:

Manage how numbers and rolling daily visualizations behave across your workspace.

Set default number formatting for the app and for exported reports, including decimal and thousand separators.

For visualizations using a rolling period on a daily time grain, choose whether your workspace default should:

This applies to all users and updates visualizations across the workspace.

Caching helps reports and explorations load faster while reducing warehouse compute.

Workspaces use a 4-hour cache by default. In Settings, you can change the workspace default to between 15 minutes and 8 hours.

Customizing workspace default cache duration is available on Business and Enterprise plans.

Delete your workspace from Settings when needed.

When you delete your workspace you can no longer access it, including billing history.

Deleting a workspace will remove all members, teams, metrics, comments and other content that you may have created.

The Steep app fully supports dark mode. Switch to dark mode in your OS settings and the app will follow.
